At ColourYourEyes.com, we want you to love your new look; however, due to the hygienic nature of cosmetic contact lenses, we can only accept returns on unopened and factory-sealed packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unopened, unused, and in their original sterile packaging with all seals intact to qualify for a return.

• 2.
  Contact Support

  Email our customer care team with your order number and photos of the sealed product to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Safely pack the items in a sturdy box to prevent damage during transit and clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your return via a tracked shipping service; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
